Important Please read the Terms and Conditions before you make your booking with Ghost-evenings.

1.The minimum age for all events is 18 years old.

2. Due to restrictions at some locations they may not be suitable for people with disabilities. Please enquire if you or one of your party do have a disability.

3. Pregnant woman are not allowed at any event due to restrictions placed on Ghost-evenings by the locations we use.

4. We do not offer bookings to single sex parties of four people or over on any event.

5. Important: If you attend at any event under the influence of drink or drugs you and any members of your party will be asked to leave. If it is suspected you have drinks or drugs to be consumed during the evening you will be asked to leave the event and location. No refund will be given.

6. Smoking is not allowed indoors at any of the locations.

7. Ghost-evenings will not be liable for any equipment lost or damaged during any of the events. This is also the case if poltergeist activity is responsible for lose or damage.

8. There are no sleeping arrangements at any events unless otherwise stated.

9. Please bring warm clothing and a torch. Please note that there may be restrictions on the use of candles in some locations.

10. Every possible health and safety procedure will be explained at the event this will be at the beginning of the evening therefore although we cannot foresee any problems, accidents/incidents do happen members of your team should preferably have their own third party public liability insurance as our insurers have indicated that our public liability policies may not cover your party during your visit to the location since it is outside our normal public access categories. You are staying at the location at your own risk; we accept no liability for any accident or injury to yourselves, however caused. Please ensure that you adhere to the requests at the beginning of the evening given to you by the host of the event.

11. Ghost -evenings will not be responsible for any luggage, equipment, clothing vehicles or any other belongings that you or your party bring to the event. Ghost-evenings will not be responsible for the safe custody or any attendees property for any lose, damage or theft.

12. Occasionally events will be cancelled or postponed by Ghost-evenings due to weather conditions or other situations out of our control. When this occurs, Ghost-evenings will make every effort to ensure you receive prompt refund of payment. If the event is moved or rescheduled Ghost-evenings may set refund limitations. Any expenses this includes travel and accommodation costs incurred due to the cancellation of the event will not be refunded.

13. Any event due to take place wholly or partially outside in the open air is likely to be affected by unsuitable or adverse weather conditions. In this case. Ghost-evenings reserve the right to relocate the event to a suitable undercover location. In most cases all events take place, however it is your responsibility to bring suitable clothing to match the weather conditions at the time of the event.

14.We suggest that you book suitable accommodation or make sensible travel arrangements. The events are held mostly overnight, a journey home is not advisable and tiredness kills. A list of local hotels and other accommodation can be given, however Ghost-evenings do not make recommendations of suitable accommodation.

15. Throughout the evening you and your party agree to act in a sensible manner and one which is not going to cause harm to yourselves or others. You agree that you will not damage the location or any affects in the locations.

16. You agree that any and all services from Ghost-evenings are for entertainment purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding any information from any of the psychics, mediums, clairvoyants that ghost-evenings sub-contracts with regards to validity or truth. Any medium, clairvoyant or psychic will not be allowed to give personal messages on the evening. Our events are about the location we are visiting and the historic activity presence.

17. No predictions or other messages of a personal nature will be given on the evenings at any of the locations we use unless otherwise stated.

18.Ghost-evenings will provide professional consultants however any opinions or policies unless otherwise stated will not be the policy or statements of Ghost-evenings.

19. You are responsible for making your own decisions and any opinion of any employee, contractor, psychic, medium or clairvoyant is the opinion of the person making the claim and should not be interpreted as a course of action.

20. Ghost-evenings along with any other company operating in the paranormal field cannot guarantee activity of a paranormal nature on any event. However so far the ghosts we hunt have not let us
down. !!

21. No part of the evening will be fabricated, any paranormal activity that you see, sense, hear or experience will not be manufactured by anyone of the Ghost-evenings  team.

Refund Policy.

If you cancel any booking within a seven (7) working day period we will issue a full refund less a 5%* administration charge.

Requests for a refund more than six (6) weeks before the event will be paid less a 20%* cancellation charge.

Requests for a refund between six (6) and four (4) weeks prior to the event will be paid less a 50%* cancellation charge.

No refunds will be given less than four (4) weeks prior to the event.

Please note: The deposit can be used for a different guest(s) or event if we are notified eight (8) weeks before the event date.

* This percentage relates to the FULL cost of the event.

If you cannot attend an event then please contact us as soon as possible, even if it is less than four weeks so that our staff know you will not be attending, thank you.
