  When we call out to spirit for evidence of their presence they can sometimes touch a person. Whist this may be of alarm to one one person others may feel they have had positive proof and are not alarmed but get a real buzz out of the experience. Lots of sites will tell you that spirits cannot harm and in the context of ghost hunting in castles and other locations on the whole they do not. Ghost-evenings wants you to have a positive experience. No-one has ever been hurt whist on an event run by Ghost-eveings hosts or mediums
  

We will provide equipment for you to use throughout the night however you are free to bring what ever equipment you wish. You will need to bring a torch at all events. The confirmation letter which you will received by email 7 days prior to the event will list all the requirements. You may bring camcorders, digital equipment, recording devices in fact any ghost hunting equipment you wish.

You do not have to have any experience at all in ghost-hunting. Ghost evenings will provide experienced people to help you along the way. Once you have achieved one night of ghost hunting you will recognise why people can become addicted to the nights.

Clients have to be eighteen years of age (18) to come along to one of our events. This is because of insurance purposes and the nature of the evenings.

Ghost-evenings can offer corporate events please email or telephone, we will discuss your requirements and can offer tailor made evenings to suit your organization or party.

If you become afraid there will be experienced people on hand to help and calm you. We cannot predict the exact nature of activity and our experience will tell us when to call a halt to vigils etc. Potential guests should be aware that for many people this is a scary subject and therefore if by nature you are a nervous person ghost hunts may not be for you. Please refer to our T and C's

Ghost-evenings does not offer accommodation for our overnight ghost hunts however for any courses that run over two days then accommodation will be factored into the event.

Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for our refund policy. If you do not turn up on the night then we are unable to offer refunds. If for any reason Ghost-evenings has to cancel an event then a full refund will be given.

Ghost-evenings believes that refreshments are a key element in any ghost-hunting night. Hot and cold drinks will be provided. Soup, biscuits and of course chocolate will be available throughout the night. There will be breaks factored into each night so that any experiences will not be because of tiredness or lack of hot drinks. Many people often bring their own packed midnight snacks so please feel free.

Gift vouchers are available for a range of goods. Merchandise is available from our on-line shop and we will bring along any article you wish to buy on the night. Ghost-evenings will also offer on line courses as well as courses in a variety of locations throughout the country. Again gift vouchers are available for these. Please email for details.


Some of our events will not run throughout the whole of the evening but will stop at around midnight. This will allow you to have a taste of ghost hunting. Other events are run through to the early hours of the night. This is so that we can pace those events so that you can cover the venue satisfactorily. Results to calling out and building up the energy can take time and therefore a longer time at some venues is of benefit. Also we want you to feel you have experienced a full night of ghost-hunting. Don't worry breaks are given so tiredness can be elevated by taking hot drinks and food.

No one can guarantee you will experience a ghost or any other energy form. There are many reasons for this however you will be placed in areas where activity has occurred and is regularly sensed. Our tried and trusted methods do not usually let us down. We only book locations which has a recent history of activity sensed.

No, you can decide to remove yourself and go back to the base room at any time. Sometimes people can be overcome with a range of different emotions and here at Ghost-evenings we understand that all people are different in their experiences

We use a variety of methods to try to locate spirit. We use only experienced mediums who know how to use these methods in a positive and safe way. There are a wide range of opinions on the use of Ouija boards. We at Ghost-evenings believe that mental and emotional state of people's mind play a part in how effective a Ouija board can be. The host and medium on the night will have the final say in operating any method to contact spirit and their word is final.
